Weekend Project
I found this recipe to make goat cheese, recently on one of my favorite food blogs, Kiss My Spatula. It makes cheese making seem really easy, and I eat so much goat cheese it's about time I figured out how to make it. So I'm hoping to try it this weekend, if all goes as planned I'll let you all know how it turned out next week.

I bet you can get fresh organic goat's milk from Felix up in RC or from others in the area. I don't know if he's still in biz but his goat feta was the best I ever had.
