Serpents by Guido Mocafico
I know I might be in the minority here but I find snakes to be really beautiful. Which is why the serpent series by Paris based photographer Guido Mocafico is right up my alley. The patterns and colors showcased by these reptiles are so intricate and stunning I can't help but find them beautiful.

I have to admit, these photos are beautiful and so are snakes, but there is something about them that makes me want to step back even when they're on a screen. In nature, bright colors usually mean danger: poisonous.
