Guest Post: Jeanne's Wedding Card Picks

Hello Conundrum readers! Hope everyone is having a nice day! I'm Jeanne from Shop Sweet Things and I'm so happy to be here today while Maia is becoming a Mrs. and starting a new chapter in her life.

I realize finding a nice wedding card is actually not that easy. There are many cliche ones in the market, and when you come across a designer like Maia you just want to get her something a little bit more special. So today, I thought it would fun to round up a few of my favorites. Hope you like it too!

Studio On Fire

I'm so in love with the letterpress work of Minneapolis based Studio On Fire, I would probably marry it if that was an option. Every piece is just so perfect and elegant.

My Nuptials: Invitations

The invitations are going to be quite the project for me, because, along with designing a personal logo, it is probably one of the biggest personal undertakings for a graphic designer. So, that being said I am currently in the phase of collecting invitation inspiration, below are some of my favorites, and I think it's pretty clear that I don't have much of a clear direction yet.

The Hungry Workshop

I'm in awe of the beautiful letterpress work of Brisbane Australia based studio The Hungry Workshop. I just want to gobble it all up it's so yummy looking.

Vintage Inspired Invitation

Designed by Minneapolis based graphic designer Kate Gabriel for her own wedding, this vintage inspired letterpress wedding invitation is just lovely. My favorite part might be the simple brown paper envelopes, how special would that be showing up in your mailbox?
